Q: Are your products handmade? A: Yes we make all of our skincare products from scratch here in Charlotte, NC.

Q: Do you have a retail store? A: We don't have our own store, however you can click the "Where To Find Us" button at the top of the site to see our list of current retail partners. You can also sign up for our newsletter at here or connect with @tousheaskincare on facebook or Instagram to see which local events we're participating in.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept? A: Our website accepts all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and a few pay later options.

Q: We're interested in carrying your products in our brick-and-mortar store. Do you sell wholesale? A: Yes we do! Please reach out through the contact form above so we can discuss the idea of a retail partnership.

Q: Will you donate to our nonprofit organization? A: Giving back to the community is part of our values. We support a pre-selected group of nonprofit organizations by donating time and other resources whenever possible. Additional requests are thoughtfully considered on a case-by-case basis.
