Shipping
Every effort is made to ship orders within 2-4 business days of cleared payment. Please note that there may be a slight delay during holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. We ship via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Most continental U.S. packages take between 3-7 business days to arrive, international may take 2-4 weeks. Transit time are controlled by the carrier. International tariffs, customs fees, and similar charges are out of our control and are to be paid by the customer. For local pickup, please contact us with your order # to arrange pickup at one of our in-person events.
In the rare case your order is damaged during transit, please contact us right away. In order to file a damaged shipment claim with the carrier, we'll require photos and/or video of the outside and inside of the package showing the damage and you may be required to fill out an online form. We'll work with you to report the damage and get a replacement order to you as soon as possible.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returned products. If you have any concerns about an item you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can try to make it right. We're unable to process returns for products bought from one of our retailers. Please contact the store or reseller you purchased the item from directly.
